TECHNICAL PARAMETERS

 

1. Rolled products with polymer coating are made in accordance with the requirements of the standard of the technical regulations approved according to the established procedure.

2. A chemical composition of the basis is according to GOST 380, GOST 1050, GOST 9045, GOST 14918 and other norms and standards in consultation with a consumer.

 

3. Requirements of the mechanical properties of the basis;

 

-   For the cold rolled basis at ability to extrusion SV, VG – is according to GOST 6045,
    at ability to extrusion G, N – is according to GOST 16518.

-   For the cold rolled hot galvanized basis at ability to extraction SV is according to GOST
    9045, at ability to extraction VG, G, N is according to GOST 14918.

 

The application of other types of materials is admitted as agreed between the manufacturer and consumer. A normative document on enamel-paint material is a document on the quality of the manufacturer of a given material.

 

4. The colour of polymer coating on face and reverse sides of the rolled products is determined as agreed between the manufacturer and consumer.

 

5. A nominal thickness of polymer coating on face and reverse sides of the rolled product
and the quantity of coating layers are determined as agreed between the manufacturer
and the consumer.

 

-  Limiting thickness variation of polymer coating on the face side of the rolled product
   depending on the range of nominal thickness is presented.

 

N.b. Limiting thickness variation of polymer coating at the nominal thickness 10 microns and less is agreed between the manufacturer and the consumer. The top sickness variation of polymer coating is not limited.

 

6. The thickness, limiting thickness variation and additional requirements to the coating of rolled product reverse side is determined as agreed between the manufacturer and the consumer.

 

7. The rolled product appearance with double layered polymer coating should meet the requirements.

 

N.b. The appearance description is defined visually without applying of magnifying devices. 

 

8. Single layered protective polymer coating on the rolled product reverse side should be continuous. Unpainted places, shagreen, strokes, risks, inclusions are admitted agreed by the Parties.

 

9. It is admitted up to 5% rolled products with polymer coating of 2nd class in the rolls and packs of rolled products of 1st class.

 

10.It is admitted no more than one joint in the rolled product rolls with polymer coating. At the same time the surface quality of polymer coating at distances of up to 5 m from the joint to both sides is not specified.

 

11.The quality indicators of double layered polymer coating on the rolled product face side and test methods are listed.

 

N.B. The coating quality indicators on the both sides of the coating can be the identical or various for the rolled products with two-sided polymer coating according to the agreement with the consumer.  The hardness of polymer coating (pencil method) is defined by the type of material applied for manufacturing of polymer coating. The quality indicators volume of polymer coating and control methods are defined in accordance with the agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer at the registration of the order. The control of such indicators as luster and colour distinction can be visual by sample if there are no devices agreed with the consumer at the registration of the order. The specified quality indicators of polymer coating are agreed between the manufacturer and the consumer and depend on the type of the applied enamel-paint materials.

 

12. Additional specific quality indicators of polymer coating can be determined by agreement between the manufacturer and the consumer.

 

13. For the protection of the polymer coating surface from the mechanical damages during the transportation and processing it is allowed to apply the easily removed polymer self-adhesive cover or thermal lamination on the face side of rolled products.
